Parents: Born: Died: History:	unknown 1803 in New York 05 June 1880 at 77 years old in Iowa (buried in Silver Creek Cemetery, Falls City, Richardson Co, Nebraska) Family was awarded 160 acre land grant in 1847 and moved from Jefferson County, NY and settled in Dixon, IL farm by 1850. 1850-60 census lists her in Dixon, IL. Husband Simon died @ 79 on the family farm in Dixon, IL. Remarried on 30 Dec 1863 (60 years old). Clara moved from Illinois to Iowa to live with her son Obediah and his family. 1880 census lists her in Blairsburg township in Iowa as an "80 year old invalid widow". She then was killed in Nebraska by a runaway team of horses and was buried in the Silver Creek cemetary in Falls City, Nebraska.
