Parents: Born: Died: History:	Hiram & Harriet Birdsley September 1886 in Fenton, IL 26 January 1914 at 28 years old (accidental shotgun discharge while driving a wagon home from church with his family) His father settled in 160-acre farm in Dixon, IL (100 miles west of Chicago) in 1850 with wife & 9 children. Reuben was 3rd son. He married (6 years older than wife) & settled in Fenton, IL (34 miles from Dixon farm). He is buried in Cadillac, Michigan.
